3D SCANNING / MEASUREMENT / CAD RECREATION

Depending on the part's complexity, we use manual measurement, 3D scanning, or a combination of both to capture accurate geometry. The captured data is then rebuilt as a clean, editable CAD model — not just a raw scan mesh — so the file can be modified, analyzed, or sent directly to manufacturing.

OBSOLETE OR CUSTOM PARTS

Reverse engineering is especially useful for legacy equipment where original drawings no longer exist, discontinued components that need to be remanufactured, and custom parts that require redesign or improvement based on an existing physical sample.
