About Us — K.S. Projects
K.S. Projects was founded in 2022 in Israel with a simple idea: engineering should solve real business problems, not just produce drawings.
We started by working with local manufacturers, startups, and engineering companies, helping them bring ideas from concept to production. In the early days, every project was an opportunity to learn — not only about engineering itself, but about the challenges our clients faced every day.
Like any growing engineering company, we made mistakes. Some projects took longer than expected. Some designs had to be revised. Some processes simply didn't work the way we initially imagined. Instead of hiding those experiences, we learned from them. Every challenge forced us to improve our engineering standards, strengthen our review process, communicate more effectively, and think beyond the CAD model.
When we started, we believed good engineering meant designing great products. Today, we know it means something much bigger — it means understanding manufacturing, cost, assembly, maintenance, procurement, and the business behind every design decision.
What We Do
As our experience grew, so did the complexity of the projects we accepted. We expanded from mechanical design into engineering simulations (FEA and CFD), reverse engineering, manufacturing support, product optimisation, and multidisciplinary development involving mechanics, electronics, automation, and production engineering.
Today, K.S. Projects provides mechanical design services, FEA and CFD simulation, reverse engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing support — primarily for companies across the United States.

How We Grew
Most of our growth came naturally. Rather than relying on aggressive sales, we focused on delivering quality work, building long-term relationships, and earning the trust of our clients. Many of our projects came through referrals and repeat customers, allowing us to grow step by step while continuously improving our capabilities.
Over time, our client base gradually shifted from local businesses to international companies. As more opportunities emerged from North America, it became clear that the next stage of our journey would be focused on the United States. Today, K.S. Projects primarily serves the U.S. market while continuing to apply the practical engineering mindset that shaped us from the very beginning.
