Reactor design

We provided mechanical design services for a dual industrial reactor system, covering the structural layout, process connection design, and preparation of a complete manufacturing documentation package. The project spanned from initial concept through to fabrication-ready drawings.

The system was modelled in 3D CAD, including both reactor vessels, the supporting structural frame, pump mounting arrangements, and interconnecting pipework. Design decisions throughout were made with manufacturing and on-site installation requirements in mind, reducing the need for modifications during fabrication.

Complete manufacturing drawings were produced for all fabricated components, including material specifications, connection details, and dimensional tolerances. A bill of materials was compiled for the full system assembly. The client received a complete design package ready for submission to a fabricator.
