Stress analysis for the floor of the mezzanine floor

We delivered a turn-key mezzanine floor system designed to maximise load capacity and on-site efficiency.

Using SolidWorks Simulation, ANSYS, our team selected cold-formed C-profiles and H-beams optimised according to Eurocode 9 and IBC standards.

The structure maintains L/360 deflection under a 5.0 kN/m² live load, ensuring reliability and safety.

All components were laser-cut, palletised, and engineered for rapid on-site assembly — a three-person crew completed an entire 80 m² mezzanine deck within a single 8-hour shift.

Comprehensive drawings, anchor schedules, and inspection checklists guarantee compliance with local building codes in Israel, the United States, and the EU.

Our stress analysis and structural optimisation services help clients reduce material costs, improve load performance, and ensure long-term durability for industrial platforms, warehouses, and manufacturing facilities.
