Design for bunker system

We engineered a modular pellet and bulk-material storage hopper designed to handle grain, fertilizer, and biomass pellets with equal reliability.

The system ships as a flat-pack kit and assembles on-site without cranes or heavy equipment, making it ideal for rural farms, biomass plants, and tight industrial facilities in both Israel and the United States.

 

Using SolidWorks and advanced FEA simulations, we optimized wall thickness, stiffener layout, and cone geometry to ensure smooth material flow, prevent bridging, and guarantee long-term structural integrity.

Laser-cut galvanized steel panels, universal fasteners, and tongue-and-groove seams drastically reduce fabrication cost and installation time.

Each panel is color-coded and fitted with captive hardware, allowing a two-person crew to assemble the hopper quickly and safely.
